Return declaration
What the buyer sees on their phone in the cold store. They scan each cart, tell us how many stacks of each bucket type went on it, and send the shipment before the driver arrives.
Why the customer declares first
The declaration is the number we check against
- 1Scan on site. The buyer scans the trolley tag in their own cold store — no paperwork, no phone call.
- 2Count in stacks, not units. Staff count what they actually handle: stacks. The app multiplies by the stack size for each bucket type.
- 3Send before pickup. The declaration reaches Aalsmeer before the truck does, so the crate counter knows what to expect.
- 4Shared record. If the count comes up short, both sides are looking at the same declared number — the dispute is about buckets, not memory.
